Cancellation Policy We ask that if you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment you give us 24 hour notice. If you must cancel within 24 hours of the appointment you are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total services you had scheduled at that time. Late Policy If you think you might be late to your appointment please call of text when it is safe to do so. Evergreen Salon Co. will try our best to accommodate you. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late we may have to forgo some parts of the service or ask you to reschedule. No Call No Shows If you no call no show for an appointment Evergreen Salon Co will charge 100% of the scheduled appointment cost. This charge will have to be paid before you can schedule another appointment. Continued no shows will result in a 50% non refundable deposit required before scheduling.
